Space City Zoo to offer Weekend Cheer camps for Kids

Space City Zoo is organising cheerleading camps for children between 7 and 11 years old throughout the summer. Designed for beginners, the camps run over two days and are a great way of making new friends, have lots of fun and learn what it takes to be a true Cheerleader

In the wonderful venue of the British Ballet Organisation, a fantastic dance studio and beautiful garden, activities will take place both indoors and outdoors.

THE SCHEDULE

Day 1

9:00 - 9:30 Registration
9:30 - 10:30 Games and making friends
10:30 - 10:50 Break time
10:50 - 12:30 Dance workshop
12:30 - 1:15 pm Lunch Time
1:15 - 2:00 pm Pom pom making Workshop
2:00 - 2:45 pm Stunting Workshop
2:45 - 3:00 pm Break
3:00 - 3:45 pm Routine workshop
3:45 - 4:00 Cool down & home time!

Day 2

9:00 - 9:30 Registration
9:30 - 10:30 Games and Dance
10:30 - 10:50 Break time
10:50 - 12:30 Sunting workshop
12:30 - 1:15 pm Lunch Time
1:15 - 2:00 pm Creative workshop
2:00 - 2:45 pm Stunting workshop
2:45 - 3:00 pm Break
3:00 - 3:45 pm Routine rehearsals
3:45 - 4:00 Show & home time!

Cost is of £30 per participant for the whole weekend (= about £2 per hour)
